– Day 1: Overview of Six Sigma certification, The Six Sigma project management link, Overview of Six Sigma methodology, Practice exam
– Day 2: Understanding the DEFINE phase, key tools and techniques, Understanding the MEASURE phase, Practice exam
– Day 3: Understanding the ANALYZE phase, key tools and techniques, Understanding the IMPROVE phase, Practice exam
– Day 4: Understanding the CONTROL phase, key tools and techniques, A practical exercise on the CONTROL phase, Six Sigma and Microsoft Project templates, Certification Exam and conclusion
