Member Contact Information
Do you have contact information that may be outdated, missing, or not what you’d like to receive?
Members can keep their member record updated by communicating the “My Account” area of http://www.asq.org.
The “My Contact Information” page allows members to keep addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses current, while the email preference center provides control over the types of email they wish to receive from ASQ.
Members are able to update their own settings, at http://www.asq.org or by calling ASQ Customer Care at 1-800-248-1946.
Personalizing the ASQ Email Experience
To help members decide and organize what email they want to receive from ASQ, an email preference center has been created. Members can now personalize their ASQ experience by selecting the email topics and subscriptions that are of interest to them. Preferences can be set by logging in to www.asq.org and selecting the “My Account” area.
