Slate of Officers

The Section Board is presenting the slate of officers for the 2015 Program Year.

* Chair – Eric Finegan (“Eric F”)

Eric Finegan is Chair of ASQ Baltimore section 0502, with experience in the Medical Device, Software Engineering and Software Quality fields.  A medical device regulatory and quality professional, have been involved in many aspects of operating a small medical device software company, including software development, SQA testing/validation, multi-departmental development teams, general operations, shipping logistics, inventory management.  Eric Finegan has been an active member of ASQ Baltimore’s Board since 2005.

* Vice-Chair – Dave Moore

David Moore has been an active member of the ASQ Baltimore Board.  He is currently a Quality Manager at Hughes Network System, LLC.  David has been Vice Chair for the Section and is a past Secretary.

* Treasurer – Mark Berron

Mark is a former Corporate Quality Director for several companies in the area and now works as a consultant in Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management Systems.  His work is most prominent in federal government organizations and business processes, using Six Sigma and other methodologies to create performance metrics and dashboards enabling simplified interfaces with their respective data.  Mark Berron has been an ASQ Baltimore board member for many years and has served as Section Treasurer in the past.

* Secretary – Thorsten Kappey

Thorsten Kappey works for WR Grace as a Quality Management Professional focused on developing data-driven business solutions via continuous quality improvement, and project management methodologies to achieve significant improvements in quality and cost metrics.
