June Dinner Meeting – Strengthening U.S. Shipbuilding Using Lean Principles

Information on the Tuesday, June 13, 2017 Dinner meeting has been posted:

Venue: Conference Center at the Maritime Institute, MD

Program: Have you ever thought about how quality applies to other industries other than your industry? In particular, what part does quality play in Shipbuilding? An overview of U.S. Shipbuilding Industry will be presented. "Lean Shipbuilding Model" and a case study of "Implementing a "Quality-At- Source" System across Shipbuilding Enterprise will be explored.

Tutorial: In today's busy work environment, it is extremely important for individuals to work well together. As a leader, you must be able to lead a team to their goal
with minimal interference. "Ten Laws of Collaboration" has been developed to assist with getting results. If you are a leader of a team, need assistance with a team or just need another tool for your toolbox, come hear about "The 10 Laws of Collaboration".
