In this program, Sean Preller will review the business model canvas methodology as well as how it can be applied within your organization to serve as a platform for quality. Mr. Preller will also review several quality tools and will illustrate how the practical application of these tools can further be leveraged to strengthen a business model and create an environment heavily focused on process and continuous improvement.
