Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Quality Assurance/Configuration Management Administrator (Engineer Testing 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Rockville, Maryland. Put your years of experience into a future of excellence by becoming part of our Public Health team. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s program efforts supporting quality assurance (QA) and change/configuration management (CM) for a global public health indicators data warehouse project. This program has significant long term growth potential, and will assist the U.S. Government in addressing prevention of disease and directing national and international capacity building investments. Roles and Responsibilities: * Development of QA and CM plans and processes. * Implementation of project CM system. * Review and application of process and best practice standards. * Performance of hardware and software quality and configuration audits. * Tracking of project risks/issues. * Review of deliverables. * Deliverable technical editing/writing. * QA/CM/risk reporting. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific/technical fields * 7 years of QA, CM and software/database test Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. * Experience in establishing and managing project QA and CM processes. * Experience in software CM tools. * Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio. * Experience in web-based system testing.
