The core products that we fabricate and distribute are hose assemblies of all types for emerging markets such as: Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Military, Government and Energy industries – we are also firmly entrenched in the OEM, Mobile Construction, MRO, Ag, Petroleum and Chemical markets.

Due to the success of our focus on the regions emerging markets, TIPCO Technologies has placed our core focus on quality and innovation. We are currently in need of a full time Quality Assurance Manager based at our corporate headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Principle Responsibilities:

# Develops and implements long term quality plan including, ISO Certification

# Develops and implements quality model for sales and marketing

# Assists Fabrication manager and warehouse manager on work flow stream – Lean

# Assists on finished product design in team meetings

# Performs competitive benchmarking to assure TIPCO quality is best in class

# Performs supplier audits with world class suppliers

# Provides internal training model

# Assists management on internal safety training MSDS, forklift, OSHA compliance etc.

# Seeks approvals with governing bodies.

# Participates in continuous improvement activities including; products and work flow.

Job Qualifications/Requirements and Benefits
