About the Position: Because of the partnership with Picerne Military Housing, Department of Army civilian employees now have an option to rent family housing and enjoy the benefits of living on-post at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. # Who May Apply: Click for SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position applicants must show in their resume that they possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay system that demonstrates the following: (1) Knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures; (2) Thorough knowledge of quality assurance principles, auditing techniques, statistical methods, and trending analysis; (3) Skill in applying various methods and techniques for investigating, analyzing, and effecting corrective action on complex quality problems; (4) Ability to conduct quality assurance surveys and audits.
# One year of experience in the same or similar work equivalent to at least the next lower grade or level requiring application of the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position being filled.
# Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
# The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management’s basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement.
