Job Description     
The Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement plays a significant role as part of the Global Operations Services leadership team in driving operational programs and processes that facilitate brand differentiation, superior guest experiences and operational excellence. Incumbent is accountable for leading a world-class global performance improvement, quality assurance, and program evaluation department. This department will develop and execute strategy for building performance improvement and measurement, systems to enable global business management and oeprational excellence world-wide.

Requirements     
10+ years relevant business experience in leading quality and performance improvement organization. Track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and budgets. Experience building and aligning processes for cross-organizational performance assessment and program evaluation.
