Job: CMM Operator/Dimensional Inspector (PMF Industries; Williamsport, PA)
PMF Industries, Inc., a high precision contract manufacturer for over 40 years, specializing in stainless and other formable metals and alloy fabrications used in aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing and defense, is seeking a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Operator/ Dimensional Inspector.
Responsibilities include programming and operating the three dimensional CMM, performing first piece and in process inspection of parts, and analyzing inspection data for compliance to quality requirements and customer specifications.
Qualified candidates should have dimensional inspection experience with skill and training in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), be able to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring equipment and understand GD&T interpretations and algorithm adjustments, work independently with minimal supervision, and have worked with CMM and Solidworks programs and can demonstrate computer skills and knowledge of using a PC and related software.
