			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>October Dinner Meeting &#8211; Voice of the Customer / Six Sigma Red Belt in the Baltimore Section</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Information on the Tuesday, October 12th Dinner meeting has been posted:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Program</strong>: This presentation outlines a proposal to develop the equivalent of a 3 credit hour course, that will appeal to both ASQ and non-ASQ professionals.  The course is designed to provide a jumping off point for people who are not yet prepared for the commitment of pursuing a Green or Black Belt in Six Sigma.  After completing this course, it is envisioned that a Section-issued certificate of completion will be issued.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Tutorial: </strong> The emphasis in ISO 9001:2008 is on the Customer, who is central to all other processes.  This tutorial will focus on the process and tools that help capture the Voice of the Customer, and align it with the voice of the processes within the business.  We will take a life cycle approach to examining the tools of VOC.</p>
