Federal Practice – Deloitte & Touche LLP Deloitte & Touche’s dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D. C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in audit and accounting, financial management and business process improvement. . The individual will support senior government executives in the development of the organization’s strategy and business process . They will assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics . The individual will employ Six Sigma methodologies on large scale projects. . They will mentor and coach GreenBelts and/or project team resources in Six Sigma best practices. . The individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of performance information . Client interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication

Qualifications: . TS/SCI with CI Polygraph . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field required. . The individual must be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or Lean Master Black Belt. . 8 years or more experience in any one of the following areas: business process improvement, Six Sigma, performance management, or analysis. . 2 years or more experience supporting Six Sigma Black Belt engagements. . 5 years or more experience producing and communicating findings to leadership via written and oral presentations Desired Skills: . 1 year or more experience supporting a client within the Intelligence Community.
