Description
Key Role:
Maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality work. Assist with the implementation of Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), ISO 9001, and Systems Security Engineering CMM-compliant processes and procedures. Plan, manage, and direct project-level quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and coordinate the project, product, and process assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in products. Review project documentation to ensure compliance with documentation standards and applicable client standards. Conduct reviews and audits to ensure that processes are compliant with the standards of each client. Interact with all project personnel, including the project manager and team lead, to review process implementation. This position requires some travel and is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with analyzing requirements and auditing processes and products and participating in code reviews and design walkthroughs
-5 years of experience with the technical aspects of software development, life-cycle phases, and methodologies
-3 years of experience with working to ensure CMMI or ISO compliance in a consulting environment
-Active Top Secret clearance
-BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to work independently in a team environment
-Ability to learn new software tools, techniques, and methodologies
-Ability to work in a CMM Level III-compliant environment
-ASQ or CSQE Certification preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
