Job: Quality – Lean Manager (Auto Warehousing Company, Baltimore MD)

Auto Warehousing Company is seeking a Quality – Lean Manager for our Baltimore facility who will ensure that all operations meet manufacturer and customer standards. As Quality – Lean Manager, you will fulfill project management duties for new customers as you coordinate new major installation accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all quality concerns. You will also design and implement quality processes and new programs that enhance relationships between us, vendors and our customers, and train employees accordingly.
Qualifications:
• College degree in industrial/mechanical engineering, quality improvement or related field; in lieu of a degree, 4 years of documented work experience working in the quality assurance field will be considered
Intermediate skill level with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to produce accurate reports and information in an organized and efficient manner
Ability to communicate deficiencies not in line with quality standards to appropriate personnel in a diplomatic and assertive manner
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to keep confidential any work or personnel documents seen, heard or generated during performance of job duties
